I had an excellent experience at Fresh Dental. The office was clean, organized, comfortable, and easy to find. I was seen as soon as I arrived, and completing all the paperwork online beforehand saved a great deal of time. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They took X-rays and photos, then explained everything clearly and in detail. I also really appreciated that no one pressured me into optional services I did not want, which is a major plus and increasingly rare these days. Overall, the entire visit was smooth, efficient, and comfortable. I’m very happy I found this office and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommended!

I avoided going to the dentist for over 8 years. As anticipated after not going for awhile, some issues started to arise. After doing an immense amount of research I made an appointment. I was nervous going in, but the team is very friendly and welcoming. I started my dental treatment journey with Dr.Kim recently and had my first part of my treatment plan done today. Dr.Kim is great at explaining the process, communicating throughout the appointment, and making me feel comfortable. I had three fillings done today, one of which was relatively deep, but felt calm and taken care of the whole time. I rarely write reviews, but I felt that I needed to share my experience. If you're in the north side of Chicago and are searching for a dentist, I highly recommend going here.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for years and have worked with Dr. Nam, Lee and Kim. They have wonderful bedside manners - always explain and respect my opinions. They are also very competent. On this visit, Dr. Kim discovered that a previous filling had chipped off a bit. In less than five minutes, she was able to remove it and put in a new one. They are within my insurance network so most routine procedures are covered.

The best dental care I have ever received! The entire staff is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Each person I interact with makes me feel at ease and my questions are always answered thoroughly. Not only are the staff members experienced and totally focused on the patients but the atmosphere also puts me at ease, which is important since going to the dentist can sometimes be a little anxiety inducing.
